When You Can Request a Refund
14-Day Window
You have 14 days from your purchase date to request a full refund if you've completed less than 25% of the course content. This gives you time to explore the materials and decide if they're right for you.
Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent you from accessing course materials, and our support team can't resolve them within 5 business days, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of how much content you've accessed.
Program Cancellation
Should we need to cancel a scheduled program or live session, you'll receive a full refund unless you choose to transfer to another available program date.
Medical or Personal Circumstances
We understand that life happens. If serious medical issues or unexpected personal circumstances prevent you from participating, contact us within 30 days with documentation, and we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request Your Refund
Submit Your Request

We Review Your Request
Our team will review your refund request within 2 business days. We'll check your course progress, purchase date, and any technical support tickets you may have submitted. You'll receive an email confirming we've received your request and are looking into it.
Decision and Confirmation
We'll send you a decision within 3 business days of our review. If approved, you'll get a confirmation email with details about when to expect your refund. If we need additional information, we'll reach out directly.
Receive Your Refund
Once approved, refunds are processed according to your original payment method. See the processing times below for specific timeframes. Your course access will be revoked once the refund is issued.

Important Things to Remember
- Refund requests must come from the email address associated with your energyintellilink.com account. This helps us verify your identity and protect your account security.
- Downloaded course materials, workbooks, or bonus content must be deleted after receiving a refund. You're not permitted to retain copies of paid educational materials after a refund is issued.
- If you've received a certificate of completion for any course, you're no longer eligible for a refund of that specific course, as the certificate validates that you've completed the program.
- Promotional discounts or coupon codes used during purchase don't affect your eligibility for refunds, but the refund amount will reflect the price you actually paid, not the original list price.
- Bank fees or currency conversion charges incurred during your original purchase are not refundable. We'll refund the amount we received after processing fees.
- Subscription-based access follows a different refund structure. If you're on a monthly subscription, you can cancel anytime, but we don't offer refunds for partial months.
- Access to community forums, private groups, or peer networks ends immediately upon refund processing. Make sure to save any important discussions or connections before requesting a refund.
Special Circumstances and Exceptions
We recognize that sometimes situations fall outside our standard policy guidelines. Maybe you're dealing with a family emergency, unexpected job loss, or health crisis that makes continuing the program impossible.
In these cases, we encourage you to reach out anyway. While we can't guarantee a refund outside our stated policy, we evaluate each situation individually and try to find solutions that work for everyone involved.
You'll need to provide documentation for special circumstance requests. This might include medical records, legal documents, or other proof depending on your situation. We handle all sensitive information confidentially and only use it to evaluate your refund request.
What Happens After a Refund
Once your refund is approved and processed, your access to the course platform ends immediately. You won't be able to log in or view any course materials, including videos, worksheets, or community discussions.
Any progress tracking, notes you've taken within the platform, or quiz results will be permanently deleted. We recommend downloading or copying any personal notes before requesting a refund if you want to keep them.
If you decide to repurchase the same course later, you'll start fresh with no access to your previous progress or history. Previous completion certificates will also be invalidated.
Disputes and Questions
If your refund request is denied and you disagree with the decision, you can ask for a secondary review. Send an email explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered, and a different member of our team will evaluate your case.
We aim to respond to dispute reviews within 5 business days. This is our final internal review process. After a dispute review, our decision is final, and we won't be able to process additional requests for the same purchase.
